They said the driver would retrieve the package the next morning. They called the driver and then called me back. I said that obtaining a signature is 100% in there control because to other choice is they do not leave the package. They tried to give me the “corporate line” that this is policy and I told them they have a contractual obligation when I pay for a service they have to provide that service unless its beyond their control. ![]() I told their “specialist”, the supervisor and the dispatcher to radio the driver, send him back and pick up the package for return to me. So the driver left it on their counter and marked the record “driver’s release”. The driver got to the location and the employees said they would not sign because of Covid. We sent a package (high value) with adult signature conformation. ![]() You were given wrong information by the “specialist” at UPS (must have been trained by Amazon).
